Job Out of College helps recent Bachelors or Masters graduates channel their strengths and ambitions to earn the career they want and can succeed in. We often see strong, ambitious and hard-working graduates waste countless hours on applying for a brand-new career and fail – simply because they lack the experience and knowledge of how to succeed.

Instead of spending days, weeks and sometimes even months looking for the right job, our at-home, do-it-yourself program offers a quick and easy process to follow for only 10 days. Sign up and we’ll mail you the complete program video series.  Grads will be able to view this on their own computer at their own pace. Following the program, grads emerge with a solid understanding of the kind of job they want, how they can leverage their strengths to develop a strong personal marketing profile, and how to utilize our resources and tools to write high-quality resumes and prepare for interviews.

Our web-based community also provides the tools college grads can use to their advantage. We often find that college grads get out-dated or incomplete advice for the job hunt, simply because they don’t know where to look. The job market is always changing and grads need to understand the new trends to remain competitive. Job Out of College not only incorporates the most up-to-date job trends into the system, but we also provide constantly updated information to our grads in our blog, Facebook and Twitter handle.

Finally, we also offer coaching and preparatory services based off the program so that grads can receive personalized and on-on-one service to jump-start their job application process. These services include live Skype or phone coaching, interview prep and resume review for those grads who need just a little more personalized attention. Our coaches possess industry experience in reviewing job applications, resumes, cover letters and interviewing candidates.
