Meet Peter: Over the course of my career, I have coached and mentored fellow employees – most of which were older and possessed more experience.

I led an organizational restructure, where I defined employee core values and competencies and then launched an employee competency model which defined twenty-seven core competencies with associated behaviors that are important for employees to succeed in their jobs. I know what young aspiring professionals need to do to succeed in their careers from both a practical and best practice perspective.
